I want to configure on-call schedule on monthly basis. For eg. For 1 month one person will be responsible, for second month other person and so on. There are 4 members who will be responsible in total. How can I achieve this? Any help will be appreciated.

We recently implemented On-Call Scheduling and had the same question. The solution given was to create 1 shift for each month. A bit more up front work, but it achieves the desired result.
Shift 1 - January 2022 that starts on Jan 1 at 00:00:00 and ends on January 31 at 23:59:59.
