Move Template from one instance to another

How to move custom created templates from one instance to another?

Is there any specific table where templates will be stored?

Will templates captured in update sets?

Templates are not likely added to update sets since they are records just like incidents would not be captured in update sets. If you want to move them, you can export their XML records and import them in the respective instance. These are stored in sys_template.

If you are talking about templates created in 'sys_template' table then yes its get captured in update sets, I just checked it.
