Moving knowledge articles between instances

Hi there,
We've recently implemented the Madrid release of SN and also have a London instance. I wanted to know the best way to move KB articles from the London instance to Madrid.
When I tried this I can get the articles in the Madrid Instance but it strips out any attachments.
I completed this step by exporting to XML and Importing XML (possibly wrong way to do this)
Can someone advise the best way to migrate these articles.

Hello Alex,
Here is below few points which are important before export/import.
1. Check if KnowledgeBase is present on the Target instance or not. if not then You need to export the knowledge base in xml and move it to the target instance. Please make a note of sys_id of kb base record there should not be diff.
2. once Knowledge base is done then you can export the all knowledge article which you want to move in xml format and then import to the target instance.
