MS Teams Integration – Does the Plugin Require Access to Private Chats?

Hi everyone,
We’re considering integrating ServiceNow Washington with Microsoft Teams and need to understand the permissions required by the ServiceNow plugin. Specifically, does the plugin request access to private employee chats, or does it only interact with group channels and service-related messages?
If anyone has experience with this integration or can point to relevant documentation, I’d really appreciate your insights.

no, it won’t have access to private chats. in general to start with, what is it that you would like the integration to do? Terms —> ServiceNow, ServiceNow —> terms or ServiceNow <—> trend?
