Integrate Jira and ServiceNow Agile Bi directionally required configurational and plugin assistance

Hi Team,

 

We have a requirement to Integrate Jira (AMS board) and ServiceNow (Agile) Bi directionally.

 

Could you please assist me with configurational document steps

 

Also let me know what spoke, or plugins are required for this integration.

 

Any additional License requirement as we have ITSM pro license subscription and Integration hub starter Thanks.

Since you’re looking specifically at Jira - ServiceNow Agile, I’d first take a look at ServiceNow’s Atlassian Jira Integration for Agile Development. It is built for bidirectional synchronization with Agile Development and includes a guided setup for connecting Jira projects, importing issues/sprints, and configuring field and workflow mappings.

Another option is the Jira Spoke through IntegrationHub, although that requires an IntegrationHub subscription, so I’d confirm with your ServiceNow account team whether your current ITSM Pro + IntegrationHub Starter covers what you need.

If you need more flexibility around the synchronization and mappings, Exalate is also an option for bidirectional Jira–ServiceNow integrations.
