Multiple assignment groups in one incident

Hi, can we have more than one assignment group in an incident. Sometimes we have multiple task for one incident. For example to resolve the incident the network group and the Database group have to work on the incident. So is there a way to assign to more than one group?

Hi,

As suggested by Sachin you can use the functionality of incident task for this so that respective group can work on those tasks

You should use incident task functionality in this use case.

You can assign incident task to different assignment groups.

Thank you for the information. I followed the link to the article and opened an incident record but could not find where to "In the Incident Tasks related list, click New" I can see the configure related list but I don't know where to find the incident task related list to add. I am sorry I am new in ServiceNow. Thank you

Please follow below to configure incident task related list on incident form.

 

- Open any incident record and right click on form header
