You can do this, but what is purpose of doing multiple assessment. SN will take only last assessment for risk calculation.

Click on same

If it  filled user will get option to do it again.

In our example, there are already two distinct parent groups, and if a user submits one risk assessment, it will populate another risk assessment that needs to be submitted based on assignment group selection.

Is it possible to do that?

No , mate not possible OOTB and need a huge customization. Also the other group can do the risk assessment again if one ( on same way as done by1st one) and record will be generated.
