a server has generated multiple alerts which has created multiple tickets onto our Service Now Instance. Is there any quick way these tickets can be bulk closed? A suggestion was to delete them as they relate to all the same issue, but I an concerned with this way.
Please advise of any suggestions

We are using Istanbul. I don't have much knowledge of JavaScript so may have to do the long way as suggested by Robo

Shiva, I don't have the option to mass close. is there a plug-in as suggested by Robo? or do you have to create a new action?

Hi Nick, Hi Rob,
My Dev instance is Helsinki, but I did not realize my example was done with a custom made UI Action.
It was created following this tutorial from the official ServiceNow Doc: Close multiple incidents and specifically Create a UI action to close multiple incidents.
This should allow you to create the same and avoid any deletion.
