My approvals service portal

In service portal, under my approvals view all approvals, when previous and next button is clicked i get a message as {0} has been rejected.

Check the widget used on the pages e

Open the page in Service Portal and identify the widget used for My Approvals.

Most likely one of these:

• Approvals widget
• cloned/custom approvals widget
• custom wrapper widget for approvals list

Look in:

• Service Portal > Widgets
• search for widget used on that page
• has been rejected or same error message

  Also check:

  • UI Script
  • Script Include called by widget
  • translated messages / sys_ui_message
