my requirement is On Report X axis (horizontal line) should display months when condition is created

my requirement is On Report X axis (horizontal line) should display months when condition is created on this year, but by default its days,Please if any one help me how changes from days to months.please refer screenshot for better understanding.

Need to change report type to Trend.

I could not see trend by option on report, should i  do any configure changes .please refer screenshot.

I got , i changed to Trend type, but i need stack by   option(assigned to is to be selected in stack by ) on report.is there any other way.
