my requirement is On Report X axis (horizontal line) should display months when condition is created on this year, but by default its days,Please if any one help me how changes from days to months.please refer screenshot for better understanding.

Not possible. The configuration depends on Type of report.

Hi @anitha0887 and @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
Correct, if you trend by created by month, then you're unable to stack by assigned to unless you utilize performance analytics instead of the normal report designer. So your solutions are:
1: create a standard report where you group by e.g. "created" and stack by "assigned to". This will not give you ticket month wise.
2. Create a trend by report by month - this will not give you the ability to stack data.
3. create a performance analytics report instead - this will fulfill all your needs.

Hi @Dr Atul G- LNG ,
iam creating SLA report for incident on task_sla table so, i couldnot see " business elapsed percentage "option under stack by on report ,i want to add option( business elapsed percentage ) under stack by field , can we able to options to stack by.

If it is not there - then you cannot add it. This is also due to "business elapsed percentage" can be many different items, so why stack by this.?

As @AndersBGS already said, if it not there, then you can do. May be try changing type of report you will get something or OOTB it is not given by SN for reporting due to some reasons.
