Need help on setting up communication to be sent as email to group of stakeholders (mainly head offs ) from service now Incident Module
Need it to send comms for major Incidents wherein I can use service now Incident module to send comms such as what is the issue , what we are doing to fix it , is there work around ? and it capture some fields from Incident itself such as business service , time inc was logged , who is it assigned to etc and has field for test where I enter what we are doing to fix it , is there work around

Hi Karan,
Send email directly from any record, such as an incident, change request, or problem record using email client.
You can create a different template for each table that uses the email client.
- Navigate to Email Client > Email Client Templates.
- Click New.
- Fill in the fields at the top of the Email Client Template form.
- Fill in the fields in the Content tab.
- Fill in the fields in the Recipients tab.
