Need help on setting up communication to be sent as email to group of stakeholders (mainly head offs )  from service now Incident Module 

Need it to send comms for major Incidents wherein I can use service now Incident module to send comms such as what is the issue , what we are doing to fix it , is there work around ? and it capture some fields from Incident itself such as business service , time inc was logged , who is it assigned to etc and has field for test where I enter what we are doing to fix it , is there work around

unfortunately i do not know from where to start 

i was trying to do this but could not find where

Hi Karan,

Send email directly from any record, such as an incident, change request, or problem record using email client.

You can create a different template for each table that uses the email client.

  1. Navigate to Email Client > Email Client Templates.
  2. Click New.
  3. Fill in the fields at the top of the Email Client Template form.
  4. Fill in the fields in the Content tab.
  5. Fill in the fields in the Recipients tab.
