Need to a time zone in workflow activity

Hi All,

I need to send a SMS trough workflow activity, I configured it its working fine. But I need to one more condition which is i need to send Sms on specific time zone which Starting at ( 5pm Saturday  (CDT) to Monday 12:01am (CDT) )

Please suggest how to run the activity specific time zone which Starting at ( 5pm Saturday  (CDT) to Monday 12:01am (CDT) ).

Im not clear where you are trying to create the script. Is it in workflow or flow designer?. 

What i suggested was that, you can create a schedule entries like this for you specified time zone mentioned - 

If you tell how have you currently configured the notification , i can let you know the next steps accordingly.
