how do you attach affected locations

When I attach affected CI's and I know that the CI has multiple locations, why is it not adding those affected CI's to the tab on the Problem record?

Hi Cynthia,
As far as I can tell, there is no automation in place for affected CIs and affected locations. If you wanted, you could write a business rule on task_ci (affected CIs) so as new records are added/removed, you can automatically update the correspdong records in task_location (affected locations).
