Hi Team,
Is it possible to add default subject line to Quick message email template? on change request record.
I have seen there is no option to add/modify email subject to quick messages. Can you please guide me how can i achive this?

Hi,
Subject will come from email client template
there you can give the number and short description
${number} ${short_description}

Okay, I got it. I am thinking Quick Message subject also will come from Quick message template.
We have to set Subject in Email client template
