Need to change/modify the data of a form

I'd like to ask in changing the variable fields values, since not able access or modify the Primary and Secondary Owner fields of few RITM's on Catalog form, since the existing owners were out of organization and the team want to update new team details on behalf of them to approve few service requests.

please confirm me with which team we can check this one thing, thanks

if you want to update RITM variable on older records you will have to reach out to system admin and he/she can run background script to update the variables

You need to contact your system administrator or developer who has an admin role in order to change the field values.

My first point is — why do you need to change the value of the variable? Has any business logic changed, or is there a compliance issue?

As an end user, you can’t make this change, and even in the build, only an agent can modify these variables if they are editable for them. Otherwise, only a system admin can do it via a script.

But before doing that, please consider whether it’s actually necessary to change the values for old RITMs.
