Need to create a drop down button on Incident form bar same as follow button on Incident table

I need to create a drop down button on incident form bar same as follow button on incident form.

If anyone know how to create that button, Please let me know.

I have attached my screenshot and please help me i want to create follow button how it is looking.

I have a requirement to create dropdown field in field bar(just like follow field) or add two options. when user select first option then first script include will trigger and same if user select second option then second script include will trigger.
