Hi People,
I want to create a report where i need to get average time duration of incidents which are assigned to some assignment groups and to persons. Need help on this tried by incident_metric table ex; avg mi_duration didnt workout or with metric definitions
For example:
The duration between the incident assigned to some xyz assignment groups and to assigned persons.
