Need To Remove Email Pop Up , on Selecting INC State -> OnHold And OnHold Reason -> Awaiting Caller

Hello @Everyone,

I am working on a requirement related to the Incident table. Currently, when the State is set to On Hold and the On Hold Reason is Awaiting Caller, an email tab, pop-up appears in the Activity section of the SOW Workspace. When any other On Hold Reason is selected, the pop-up disappears.

I need to remove this pop-up from the Activity section specifically when the state is On Hold and the reason is Awaiting Caller.

Could anyone please guide me on how to achieve this?
