Need to report the followed incidents or tasks

I need to list the incidents incident or task tickets being followed by a user. How should I create such a report?

By "followed" I mean when a user clicks "Follow" button on incident form (this allows user to follow it on his/her Connect sidebar)

When investigated in ServiceNow ITIL screen; I noticed another solution for that problem:


On the Left side menu there is "Collaborate" part and there is live feed in that part, when you click "Record Feeds" link, you can display the followed tickets.

the accepted answer doesn't really help with reporting, my manager is asking me to create a report widget for the group dashboard that shows all the tickets the group are following, so that when we escalate tickets to third line and they ignore them for a month we can chase them without getting mithered by the users.
