Need to report the followed incidents or tasks

I need to list the incidents incident or task tickets being followed by a user. How should I create such a report?

By "followed" I mean when a user clicks "Follow" button on incident form (this allows user to follow it on his/her Connect sidebar)

Similar but probably simpler need - I just want to list the tickets I am following.

Just in case the current assignee is ignoring a ticket - so I can mither them

Agreed - simple logic says that if I'm following something, I should easily be able to track it and report on it.   Any solutions would be helpful.

Anything new on this question?  We have the same request for a user to see their followed problems on a report.
