Needs to add new name to drop down list in User profile

Hi,

Needs to add one country name in Phone choice filed in User profile, it should populate to all users and

if i add India, it should display +91 like below point 2 i selected UK in next filed when i trying to add phone number 

it is taking with +22 (0)
