Hi I created a new Standard Change model and it is active and has the states and transitions defined but when I open an approved standard change template, it is not an option in the model dropdown. Where else does this need to be configured?

Thank you Namrata, I followed those documents. The Standard Change seems to be built correctly. I can see the Model on the Change Interceptor page when I create a new change, but it's not an option in the change models if I select a Preapproved change. I only see the OOTB change models of Normal, Emergency and Standard in any change request.
I also added a new Change Type so I could update the Record Preset for the change model. That did not make a difference.
Not sure what is missing at this point.

The model field has to be added in the Standard Change Properties, in the "Default values for Change Request value fields on the 'Propose a New Standard Change template' record producer" section.
