New Topic not showing in the Mega Menu of Employee Central

Hello and Good Afternoon.
Tried adding a topic in the default "Employee" taxonnomies... ensure that the added topic have associated contents/topics underneath it. But the newly added topic still does not appear in the Mega Menu.
But.. if I do a search, it will find the catalog item that was added.
Very much appreciate any assistance.

Hi there,
For every weird thing on the Taxonomy where you would have expect changes immediately, just logout, login. As James Chun mentioned, cache! That's a known thing for Employee Center. Don't let this trick you and waste several hours, you won't be the first 😁

thank you very much. I did try logging off and back in... but still does not see the newly added topic in the mega menu. If I were to do a "preview template".. it do see it but can figure out how to force it to show in the mega menu.. 😞

Hello.
just an update... can't seem to make it work/appear on the "default/OOTB" Employee Central Portal. Finally tried creating a new Portal with an "EX Theme"... cloned the taxonomy (removed OOTB Technical Services etc) and assigned it the the new Portal and it finally worked.. not sure if there are any hidded configuration if trying to make this appear on the defauly "Employee Central" Portal...
