Next Button Missing When Accessing Order Guide from Portal Search

Hi team,
I have created an Order Guide. When I navigate through Service Catalog → Category and select the Order Guide, I can see the Next button without any issue.

However, when I perform a global search on the Service Portal and try to open the same Order Guide from the search results, the Order Guide next button does not appear at all.

Has anyone experienced this? What could be the reason the Order Guide is not showing up in the Service Portal global search?

Hi @dd31 ,

Check if the user has snc_read_only role ? if yes, then remove it. The OOTB catalog item widget shows the submit/order now button only to the users who do not have the snc_read_only role.
