Next Button Missing When Accessing Order Guide from Portal Search

Hi team,
I have created an Order Guide. When I navigate through Service Catalog → Category and select the Order Guide, I can see the Next button without any issue.

However, when I perform a global search on the Service Portal and try to open the same Order Guide from the search results, the Order Guide next button does not appear at all.

Has anyone experienced this? What could be the reason the Order Guide's next button is not showing up in the Service Portal global search?

Hi @dd31 

Looks like a cache issue. If you are able to do it via the catalog item side, then it should work in the global search as well.
Try running cache.do.

I did that, cleared browser cache as well, still the same

Is it with all users or only with 1?

Last 3 options

 

 

  • Make some changes in the Order Guide, save it, and run cache.do.

  • Check the OOTB Order Guide in PDI to see if it is behaving the same way.

  • If the issue persists, log a Now Support case.
