No "New" button to create processor in sys_processor table

There is no "New" button while creating new processor in sys_processor table. Is it related to ACL or some other configuration missing?

I am able to view it in my Orlando instance as an admin

Please check these

1) Configure list control and check if New button is omitted by condition or the Omit new button checkbox is true

2) Check table level CREATE ACL is blocking or not

In Quebec release the Table level CREATE ACL only has maint role so even for admins it won't work

1) elevate your role to security_admin

2) You can use Admin overrides checkbox as True
