Not able to add profile picture on the community

I'm not able to add a profile picture for my community account.

I thought it was a browser issue but have already tried it with 4 browsers without success (IE, Chrome, Firefox and Safari). When I click the link on the picture then nothing happens and the picture (example empty version) get marked with an X. I have also tried to add it by dragging my profile picture in but this also doesn't work.

Maybe i'm missing something, but does anybody has any advice for me?

OK, here's what I did:

1. go to your community profile page (https://community.servicenow.com/people/your_user_name)

2. go to the right hand side, right under where your profile photo should be, and click on Change photo & avatar

3. then at the bottom there are several out-of-the-box avatars, but at the end of them there should be a link to add an avatar.

You can only change your avatar up to 3 times I think.

you should be good to go.

Avatars seem to work, but there's a known issue regarding profile photos: I can't change my photo on my Commmunity site Profile

We're looking into it and will keep you updated.

thanks,

Lawrence

Thank you for this feedback. I indeed already managed to get the avatar working but it's good to know that this is a known problem and not an issue on my side.

I will wait for the solution and afterwards upload my profile picture
