Not able to close the catalog task.

Hi,

We are not able to move the state from WIP to closed complete. When we tried to move, its loading and applying open state again. 

How to troubleshoot it? please help.

Please check any onSubmit Client Scripts or Business Rules for this table to see if one of those is reopening the task.

Thanks for your quick response. But this issue is only happening for 1 task. On the same day many req items created for the same and processed good.

Alright. Well...does it work for tasks created before this one? Does it work for tasks created after this one? When you look at it...what do you think is causing this? It can't really be believed that ServiceNow picked this one task to cause this issue on, right? So...either the workflow was changed and this one came through on a bad workflow? We don't know some of these things. So since this is an anomaly, apparently, we can only suggest a slew of random things to check.
