Not able to edit article in review state

Hi,

I want to make taxonomy topic field on knowledge article editable in review state. I have written a ACL to allow edit in review state but it's not working. Can someone help me on this like based on what script fields are becoming read-only in review state.

can you try with UI Policy it will work perfectly.
