Not able to edit fields in Form Design

Hi All,

I have taken new test instance for learning. 

In that, yesterday I was able to edit incident form fields like( Make field mandatory, Add new field).  Today, after login I am not able to edit incident form in form design. If I am trying to drag new field it will become pink and now allow me to add fields also.

Note: I have not edited any roles or permissions of me. Only one thing I did today that I have created one application in application studio.

Please help me to solve this issue or correct me if I am wrong. Thanks in advance.

Hello Gaurav,

Please make sure you are in the global application scope before you modify changes in the incident table.

I am facing the similar issue with issue(sn_grc_issue) table which is extended extended from task table. The problem which I am facing is i am trying to create a reference field and add to the form by using form design and form layout. After adding I am unable to "Save the form". Could you please suggest me a solution.
