Not able to search in the global search in service portal

Hi All ,
In the global search of service portal one of the catalog item is not visible but while opening the URL is opening .
Can anyone tell me why catalog item is not visible

Did you check if someone marked No search=true for that catalog item? If yes then catalog item cannot be searched
