Reopen a Closed Change

Hi,

I wanted to know if it is possible to reopen a change ticket. If so, how?

Why is there a need to reopen a closed change? A change, once closed, should never be reopened. If it is a client requirement, you must inform the client that reopening is against process and violates procedure. If needed, create a new change and link it to the closed change.

Hi @NishaB,

It is not possible and not ideal to reopen a closed change ticket. ACLs prevent you from reopening it.
