Not able to search in the global search in service portal

Hi All , 

 

In the global search of service portal one of the catalog item is not visible but while opening the URL is opening .

Can anyone tell me why catalog item is not visible

Is there any user criteria blocking the AGT user? Is this issue affecting all users or only a limited number?

@Ankur Bawiskar @Dr Atul G- LNG  : when i search it is visible for me but when i impersonate to another user it is not visible in the search result.

Is any user criteria on item?

There is no user criteria

for non-admins they are unable to search
