Not able to see Collaborate panel from the sidebar on Service Operation Landing page for Incident, Problem or Change etc.

I need to Integration of Servienow With MS Teams for On Call Scheduling on collaborate tab.

How can i get a Collaborate tab panel from the sidebar on service operation landing page. As i need to integrate with MS teams to SOW, But not able to see the Collaborate panel- on landing page when opening any record for Incident , problem or change. Kindly provide any solution. Please find the attachment.

Have you already installed the app and gone through the basic setup for ITSM Integration with Microsoft Teams?

After that you also need to authorize individual apps in o365, specifically the request based chat. See below.

Do let me know if you need any help . Once your have integrated with Teams it automatically shows collaborate side panel on SOW and Agent workspace.

In ServiceNow, the Collaboration feature in Microsoft Teams is not available for `sc_task` records because it is designed to be used with incident and change request records. This is because incidents and change requests are often more time-sensitive and require more collaboration between team members than individual tasks. However, you can still collaborate on `sc_task` records using other features in ServiceNow, such as comments or work notes.
