Not able to see default view for Business Applications

Hello Experts,

There is group of people who need access to business application records to update the data. But they are not able to see the default view. Can you help me what I need to do to provide access to default view? I'm unable to see where it is configured. I've tried to create view rule but we need to provide the backend name of the view. I have given as default_view but it is not working as expected. @Ankur Bawiskar  could you please help on this?

Hello,

Normally the view used is the "Business Applications" view and that shows what they'd need to see.

Can you explain why they need to see the default view for this specific table, which doesn't really have a default view (it's there in the system, technically, but out of box - actually shows LESS information).

Hello Allen,

Thanks for the response. We got the requirement to add some form sections and as well as some new fields to create for business applications. I thought everybody see the default view and I've done all the configuration in default view. It's my mistake it seems. Now what would be the solution? Do we have option to move all the sections from one view to another view? Please suggest..

I'm glad my reply above was Helpful.

You can attempt to locate this within the UI > Views, but trying to change all that can lead to wonky outcomes.

Your better to just spend the few minutes and build the form layout/design in the correct "Business Applications" view.
