Not able to see Guided Self service in application navigator

Hi Team,

I’ve installed the Guided Self Service plugin in my DEV instance. After activation, I’m unable to find it in the Application Navigator—typing “Guided Self Service” returns no results.

Interestingly, in my PDI, the same plugin shows up in the navigator right after installation and works as expected.

Please help me how can i fix it

Try to clear the cache of your instance, again login to your instance, give a hard reload to your browser, by doing this I hope you will be able to see that. Otherwise you may need to create a HI Case ticket for this as this is a weird issue.
