I am unable to get the users in caller field in Incident application.when i selected the reference field no users are there in the table.

@priya2023 Check the reference qualifier added on the caller field.
Open incident form
Right click on caller field label
Click on configure dictionary
In reference specification section check what condition is added
Update/Remove the condition if needed
