Notification: Populate the recipient in the form description

Hi guys,

 

So basically I would like to populate the account manager as my recipient in email notification showing in the photo. The Account Manager is searchable in the user but in the form it does not have any fields. I would like to know if there's any way to parse the description and populate it as my email notification recipient?
