Hi All,
We have received a requirement to receive an email notification once any Offboarding /immediate termination catalog is submitted. An email should be triggered to MS teams channel/Chat from ServiceNow.
To achieve this we are following this ServiceNow document: Install the Now Actions messaging app. and installed the Now Actions App.
After the successful installation once I click on the KB article to download the App package provided by ServiceNow it is not accessible and I am getting below error.
KB Link: Application Packages for Microsoft Teams - Support and Troubleshooting
KB number: KB0690098
Can someone help me to locate the package location for a successful installation. Or the correct procedure to be followed to achieve this!
Any help will be appreciated!!
Regards,
Hrithika Paida.

You’re on the right track — the Now Actions app is required when you want to send ServiceNow notifications (like Offboarding or Termination requests) to Microsoft Teams channels or chats.
The Knowledge Article you mentioned (KB0690098 – Application Packages for Microsoft Teams) provides download links for both the Now Actions and Now Virtual Agent app packages. However, it seems the direct link in the KB is currently restricted for some users.
I was able to access the KB successfully — here’s the direct download link to the Now Actions app package provided by ServiceNow:
Download Link: Now Actions App Package
Installation Steps
Download the Now Actions app package (now-actions-teams.zip) from the link above.
Go to your Microsoft Teams Admin Center → Teams apps → Manage apps → Upload.
Upload the downloaded .zip file to the Microsoft Teams Tenant Apps Catalog.
Once uploaded, you can install the app for specific users or Teams channels as needed.
After installation, configure your ServiceNow Now Actions integration (via System OAuth and Notification preferences) to send messages directly to Teams.
