Now mobile App showing error while ITIL user adding the attachment

Hi Everyone,

 

ITIL user creating the incident (Record Producer) in Service portal Via Now Mobile app. when user attaching the attachment it' showing the error "The File Uploaded failed". how to resolve the issue? Users can able to attach the attachment after incident creation successfully.

Hi , thanks for your response but the solution was not helpful. I created an variable on the record producer and tried uploading an attachment from NOW MOBILE app , the file is getting uploaded but it is not reflecting on the form after the request is being placed.

Is it working on OOTB RP format?
