I have a requirement to create a Data Visualization for the following KPI:
% of Incidents where the linked Configuration Item (CI) was not changed during the incident lifecycle.
For example, assume there are 1,000 closed incidents:
For 700 incidents, the linked Configuration Item (CI) remained the same from the time the incident was created until it was closed.
For the remaining 300 incidents, the Configuration Item (CI) was updated at least once before the incident was closed.
I would like to create a pie chart that displays:
CI Not Changed: 70%
CI Changed: 30%
Now the problem is we don't have license for platform analytics.
