Hi All,
When customers clicks "On Call Schedules" a list of all on-call schedules is displayed.
When "Roster and Escalation details" Link in click for roster, you get this window:-
Is it possible to add other Details for the person on-call such as Mobile or alternative phone number?

Hi
After a bit of investigation, I found the UI Macro responsible for showing the Popup:
The screenshot below shows the UI Macro, which will call the "User Profile" in the right-hand side of the Popup.
As far as I can see, there is NO way to find and change the OOB macro used to show the Profile details.
If anyone can find, just let me know.
Otherwise, my answer is: you can use it as-is (like I described above), but you cannot change the detailed layout of the Profile according to your custom requirements.

Hi
If you just add a "business phone" number, this will be shown in the popup (see below screenshots):
When you ADD the MOBILE Phone number as well, ONLY the mobile number is shown in the popup (see screenshots below):
Does this match with your desired behavior, or do you want to show up BOTH phone number in that case?

Yes we have changed the UI macro "on_call_avatar" for the main Roster Screen to add other numbers. (See screen shot)
But want to replicate these to the Roster Page, if it can't be done then I can go back to the customer and get them to stick with the what we have provided.
Thanks anyway I will if I can work it out.
