On-Call: Adding Additional Phone Number to Profile Page

Hi All,

When customers clicks "On Call Schedules" a list of all on-call schedules is displayed.

When "Roster and Escalation details" Link in click for roster, you get this window:-

Is it possible to add other Details for the person on-call such as Mobile or alternative phone number?

Hi

After a bit of investigation, I found the UI Macro responsible for showing the Popup:

The screenshot below shows the UI Macro, which will call the "User Profile" in the right-hand side of the Popup.

As far as I can see, there is NO way to find and change the OOB macro used to show the Profile details.

If anyone can find, just let me know.

Otherwise, my answer is: you can use it as-is (like I described above), but you cannot change the detailed layout of the Profile according to your custom requirements.

Thanks for your feedback. It's a pity, that you can adjust the "on_call_avatar", but you cannot adjust the Profile. It would be nice, if it would have been a) the same widget or b) both have been exposed.

I had the same situation. I also wanted to add more details and additional phone numbers to Profile Page, but I couldn't. If you find out how to do this, please let me know. I wanted to include more information about my close people. I wanted to include their address, phone numbers, and their location. I found a website - Number Tracker Pro where I can track any number location. This is wonderful because I will always know that my kids are safe. But unfortunately, I can't add to the Profile Page, and I always have to access this website through Google Chrome.
