On call number is not populating in On call Calendar/On- call Schedule

Hi Team,
Can some one help me with the issue in On-call Schedule. User On call number is not populating in On-call Calendar/Schedule. When we click on calendar it is not populating on call number. We checked user profile it is active and have on-call number value populated.

Is it in all instances or only in Prod. These are very specific case better to loga HI Support.

Hi, I doubt mobile number and business phone field is empty from sys_user table for that users. Pls update and check it.
