On-Call Scheduling: preventing same person to be on standby for During/After office hour

Hi all,
I have a query regarding my on-call scheduling setup
Current setup:
Office hour shift: 8am-5pm
After office shift: 5pm-8am(next day)
Same team of 7 members are put on rotation for both shift
As both shift are required to be manned by the members of the same team, is there any way i can set-up the schedule such that the same person will not be assign to both office and after office shifts within the same day?
(eg. mon 8am-5pm: user1, mon 5pm- tues 8am: also user1)
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you!
