On Chat window users chat and response agents unable to see

Hi Team ,

 

There is an in Active Chat 

 

Agents are not able to see users reponses and user chat 

 

what would be the problem 

 

where exactly need to check 

 

what was the fix for this 

 

can anyone please faced this type of issue , please help me with the steps to resolve this isssue .
