On-Premise Instance

Hi all, Please I need information about how to manage On-Premise Instance. Also, how can we force reset the Admin Account if we don't have the credentials? This is a company Instance, and not PDI.

That's a bit of an odd question, because only a handful of customers in this world have an on-premise installation because ServiceNow is a primarily cloud-based application.

If you are one of that few selected customers you should reach out for your ServiceNow Account Representative and I'm sure either will be happy to help you.

There you can find all prerequisites and system requirements. Also, deployment guides are available there.
