One survey is triggring multiple times

Hi,

When the state is closed the Survey is triggring multiple times.

Can anyone please help on this, It will be usefull.

It would be useful to have more information. How are you triggering it? What is exactly happening? Is it send to multiple users, or multiple times to one user? Screenshots or config helps a lot to help you troubleshoot.

Also check on the ticket itself. Maybe there are a few actions all updating the ticket, setting it to closed multiple times.

Created trigger condition as below:

Used OOB notification as below: Just cloned oob notification and updated the HR case table and remins same.

When i updated the state is closed complete and assignment group is "xyz" in HR case form it is triggering two times to opened for user.

ensure the OOTB doesn't trigger for your HR COE Case table

Ensure the new one triggers only for your HR COE Case table

please do the above and share the feedback
