Only specific users name should appear in the serviceNow filter condition

Hi everyone,

Requirement: Only selected users should appear in the drop-down or list when using a filter condition in case table. This ensures that the filter shows names based on specific criteria, roles or group.

Hi @Nivetha23jay

You can achieve this using a reference qualifier, similar to how it's done out of the box (OOTB) for the 'Group' field. However, please note that this would be a global change and could impact other areas of the platform.

Hi Atul,

Thanks for the response but I need it on workspace filter

Hi @Nivetha23jay

I believe it's not possible to add a default filter on a pop-up in Workspace.

hello @Nivetha23jay ,

Do you need to filter in the list view (workspace) or in the assignment group field on case level?

If it's the latter you can configure a reference qualifier
